Stelane Maruthine is a Breton Healer, and a Lieutenant of the Imperial Navy serving aboard the TEM Alacrity under Captain Jachus Obran. As the Alacrity is held up in Stros M'Kai, Stelane is stuck in Anvil and is quite bored as a result.
Stelane's role on the ship (when he's on it) is as a healer, however he has published several items in the field of biology. Charach-based Mages Guild member Nymona Aurix calls him a renowned naturalist, and during the quest Tiny Seadrake will send you to seek Stelane's opinion as to where the eggs of the rare seadrake might be found.
