Ladius Ferunian

Ladius Ferunian is an Imperial Savant encountered in Anvil's branch of the Imperial Geographical Society. He has been authorised to compensate recent visitors to Vvardenfell for their answers on the island's current political and economic situation - and will eagerly listen to your assessment. Your answers will apparently contribute to the Morrowind chapter of the Pocket Guide to the Empire, although he exhibits a tragic inability to spot outrageous lies should you choose to tell them.

Ladius also plays a role in a quest called The Ocean Blue, where he is able to chart a theoretical western route to Akavir according to your exacting specifications - although he is extremely pessimistic about the chances of successfully reaching it.
