Irkazi

Irkazi is a Argonian sailor who can be found in Fort Telodrach's barracks. She has a pet muskrat named Sal which she has been unable to keep in her bunk room due to a fear of contravening Imperial Navy regulations. Sal has therefore been living in the sewers beneath Little Arenthia, and Irkazi will ask that you check in on her and feed her a head of cabbage. Irkazi has a selection of drinks available as a reward for this task, and appears to know her alcohols well enough to be able to give tips on how best to drink it.
