- Vilena Donton - Acts as the head of the Fighters Guild.
- Modryn Oreyn Acts not only as Vilena Donton's Second in Command, but also yours, should you become Guildmaster of the Fighters Guild.
- Teekeeus the head of chorrol's local Mages Guild chapter and one of the people who require for a reccomendation.

- Janus Hassildor is the ruling count of Skingrad and the bearer of dark secret which is the fact that he has been stuck with vampirism.
- Adrienne Berene the head of the Skingrad mages guild, she is needed for a reccomendation to get into the arcane univeristy.
- Sinderion is found in he basement of the West Weald Inn and is a master trainer of Alchemly. He is involed in the quest Seeking Your Roots.
- Glarthir is paranoid Wood Elf who will ask you to do him a favour....
- Davide Surilie and Tamika are both fine vintners who make skingrad famous for it's wines.
- Falanu Hlaalu is a necrophilic alchemy who fled Morrowind after being caught peforming necromancy and will ask you some pretty akward questions on the subject.
