Saverius Albuttian

Saverius Albuttian is an elderly Imperial Sailor found within the Saint Naharine Sailors' Home in Charach. Believing that everything in the home is designed to break down a sailor's spirit - from the food to the "drooling morons", he has decided to escape. However, he requires your assistance, for he is no longer trusted to leave the home unattended.

Should you aid Saverius in recovering his freedom, he will later appear penniless and almost naked in the city of Anvil, in its Little Arenthia district. Speaking to him here will reveal that he would like to return to the home very much, if you please, and you may choose to lead him back to it.
