Oritius Vulso

Oritius Vulso is an Imperial Rogue and crook found in the All Flags Inn in Anvil. He is the one responsible for the recent mugging of aspiring artist, Elausa Yvienne. If confronted, Oritius can be induced to return Elausa's Recommendation Letter, and potentially provide some financial compensation for her lost gold (which he has since spent on booze). He will then flee to a bandit camp on the Strident Coast (cell -117,-56), where he will be hostile.

You may alternatively have Oritius arrested by speaking to nearby guard, Pavo Salvius, in which case he will move the Goldstone dungeons.
