Lya

Lya is a Redguard Merchant and the Abecean Trading Company's liaison to Hammerfell. While more usually in the Rihad office, she has come to Anvil to attend a vote on whether the Abecean Trading Company should acquire the rival White Scarab Company. This deal initially has Lya's support, but another board member, Sonkha of Hagoket, will enlist your help in changing that.

Lya proves to be concerned about the potential of the acquisition to damage the Abecean Trading Company's relations with the salt exporters that compete with the White Scarab Company, and if prevented with evidence, will change her vote.
