Kelad

Kelad is a Redguard Sailor who can be found in Fort Telodrach's Auxiliary Tower, in Anvil. He features in the Itinerant Priests quest, The Drowned. In this, it transpires that he was a member of the Placid Drowned Cult who left as the cult's methods grew more extreme. If you decide to turn him in to his superiors in the Imperial Navy for having this connection, Kelad will disappear - presumably taken in for questioning, or dismissed from his position.
