The Stonewisp of Truth and Law is a non-combat pet themed around the Divine Julianos. It can be summoned by combining three magical fragments bought from the Impresario during events in 2025. It is a Morphing Collectible: once summoned, the Stonewisp of Truth and Law can be transformed into various items, including a customized action and three as of yet undisclosed collectibles. Its default name is "Logicus".
The base fragments and upgrade fragments will be released incrementally throughout 2025 during various events that year. Once the final fragment for a particular upgrade is released, the subsequent event will switch to a new upgrade and the previous fragments will no longer be available for purchase. All of these fragments will presumably be made available one last time during the 2025 New Life Festival.
Base Pet[edit]
In order to acquire the base Stonewisp of Truth and Law pet, you must take part in in-game events and buy three magical fragments. Fragments can only be bought with Event Tickets. All three fragments were introduced during the Pan-Tamriel Celebration event.

Upgrades[edit]
The Stonewisp of Truth and Law pet can be upgraded once you have collected various fragments which are sold by the Impresario during various events in 2025 for 10 each. Upgrading the pet removes it from your collections, but it can be re-obtained by collecting the first three fragments again. There are four upgrades for the base pet: a customized action, and three other unknown rewards. All of the 2025 fragments will be available again from the Impresario during the final event of the year, the New Life Festival. Fragments for the Stonewisp of Truth and Law pet and its morphs will no longer be available after the 2025 New Life Festival ends.
Logical Rune Extraction[edit]
- After years of study, several mages faithful to Julianos developed a less labor intensive method to acquire runes. A practical application of wisdom if ever there was one.
The first upgrade released in Q1 is the Logical Rune Extraction customized action, obtained by combining three different upgrade fragments with a Stonewisp of Truth and Logic pet. The Stonewisp of Truth and Logic will then morph into the Logical Rune Extraction customized action.
