Online:Events
Contents
This page lists all limited-time events which have taken place in The Elder Scrolls Online. They can be special occasions that only occur once, or they can be recurring every year.
Recurring events include:
- Anniversary Jubilee
- New Life Festival
- Jester's Festival
- Whitestrake's Mayhem
- Witches Festival
- Undaunted Celebration
- Zeal of Zenithar
- DLC anniversary celebrations: held around the anniversary of the release of one or more Zone DLCs, such as the Imperial City Celebration, Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood Celebration and Orsinium Celebration. These typically involve additional rewards for playing DLC content, including double drops from certain quests, bosses and resource nodes.
Non-recurring events include:
- New DLC celebrations: held some time after the release of a new chapter or DLC, such as Summerfall for the Summerset chapter, Dragon Rise for the Elsweyr chapter, and Dawn of the Dragonguard involving the Elsweyr chapter along with the Scalebreaker and Dragonhold DLCs. These sometimes give additional rewards for playing DLC content, often with added rewards based off the number of players participating in the event that are distributed to all participants once the event has concluded.
The Crown Store usually has special offers coinciding with these events, such as discounts on relevant DLCs and cosmetics, and can include the temporary return of limited availability items such as DLC Collector's Editions, Player Houses and Crown Crates. Sometimes the Crown Store also has additional sales corresponding to various real-world cultural events not otherwise celebrated in-game, such as Valentine's Day ("Heart's Day"), St Patrick's Day, Friday the 13th ("Fatal Fredas/Serpent 13"), a combined dye sale for Canada Day, US Independence Day & Bastille Day, and the annual Black Friday ("Black Fredas") sale.
Since late 2018, most game events have also provided Event Tickets to participants, used to purchase special items from the Impresario.
Some of the recurring events also have their own Achievements, some of which unlock special furnishings for purchase.

Pan-Tamriel Celebration[edit]
Our ten-year anniversary of ESO continues with the new Pan-Tamriel Celebration! There's a lot to this, so get a mug of tea and settle in.
- First up, the familiar and expected. This event will award Event Tickets, 3 per day, from the same source that you would earn your first gold-quality reward box from (as outlined below). They should drop at the same time as the gold-quality box, so make sure you loot both!
- You can obtain reward boxes from a number of sources, listed below. The first one of these you do in a day gives you a gold-quality box and your event tickets. Additional activities done that day will give you purple-quality ones with slightly less stuff in them. These boxes have a bunch of goodies in them, including (but not limited to) pages for the Lion Guard Captain outfit style. Sources for the boxes include:
- Any delve boss in the game
- Any public dungeon boss in the game
- Any final dungeon boss in the game
- Any final trial boss in the game
- Any world boss in the game
- Any incursion event (Dolmens, Geysers, Dragons, etc.) in the game
- Attention Anglers! During Pan-Tamriel Celebration, fishing drops are curated. This checks against your current progress for the Master Angler achievement and makes sure that when a trophy fish drops, you get one you don't already have. You DO have to visit the right kind of fishing hole however (River, Foul, etc.), and land a trophy fish with the cast.
- Treasure hunters, during this event any chests you dig up using Treasure Maps will roll again on all of their existing loot, greatly improving your chance to get leads, furnishings, etc. that are exclusive to that source.
- The Impresario's Assistant has raided the warehouse to pull out TONS of old rewards, offering them at discount, so long as you visit him in the right place! The list of what he offers is contingent on where you find him, as outlined below:
- Necrom: Apocrypha Expedition outfit style (returning from Secrets of the Telvanni)
- High Isle: Oaken Order outfit style (returning from Heroes of High Isle)
- Blackwood: Y'ffre's Fallen-Wood outfit style (returning from Gates of Oblivion Celebration) and Voriplasm pet components (returning from Murkmire Celebration)
- Greymoor: Saarthal Scholar outfit style (from Dark Heart of Skyrim Celebration) and Sovngarde Stalwart outfit style (returning from Lost Treasures of Skyrim)
- Elsweyr: Claw Dancer Acolyte outfit style (returning from Season of the Dragon Celebration) and Ja'zennji Siir Garb outfit style (returning from Pan-Elsweyr Celebration)
- Summerset: Evergloam Champion outfit style (returning from Daedric War Celebration) and Snowhawk Mage outfit style (returning from Summerset Celebration), as well as Wooden Grave-Stake fragments (returning from Murkmire Celebration) and Gloam Gryphon Fledgling pet (also from Daedric War Celebration)
- Morrowind: Doctrine Ordinator outfit style, Slag Town Diver Skin, Thetys Ramarys's Bait Kit memento, and Microtized Verminous Fabricant pet (all from Tribunal Celebration)
- Most of these bits are going for an absolute steal at 2 event tickets each, with the fragments (where applicable) going for a mere 1 ticket each. Furthermore, everything except the Wooden Grave-Stake and Voriplasm pet fragments (due to the type of collectible fragment they are) can drop from reward boxes!
- The unique and bound style pages from 2024's Anniversary Jubilee are also back, with some improvements on their availability sourcing. As you earn achievements related to the sourcing, the chance to receive them from said sources increases dramatically. Here's the breakdown:
- Replica Trueflame Sword: Very rare drop from fishing. Less rare if you have either Dominion, Covenant, or Pact Fisherman achievement. Uncommon rarity if you have all base-game Master Angler achievements.
- Replica Staff of Worms: Very rare drop from dolmens. Less rare if you have either Dominion, Covenant, or Pact Anchor Shatterer achievement. Uncommon rarity if you have Anchors Away achievement.
- Replica Sunna'rah Staff and Replica Barbas Wolf Helmet: Very rare drop from Vvardenfell world bosses. Less rare if you have Defender of Morrowind achievement. Uncommon rarity if you have Savior of Morrowind achievement.
- Replica Ul'Vor Staff: Very rare drop from Abyssal Geysers. Less rare if you have Abyssal Devastator achievement. Uncommon rarity if you have Savior of Summerset achievement.
- The new morphing collectible is themed around Julianos, the Tamrielic deity of wisdom and logic. The base item available from the Impresario all year round is the Stonewisp of Truth and Logic, broken into three fragments of 5 Event Tickets each. During this event, she will also offer the first of three fragments for the Logical Rune Extraction customized action morph.
Whitestrake's Mayhem Q1 2025[edit]
Mayhem is back! Get your tickets the usual way, with 2 coming from your first Cyrodiil daily quest and 1 more coming from your first Imperial City district daily quest. Alliance Points, Tel Var stones, and Experience earned in any PvP-enabled zone are all increased by 100%, as last time.
- Arkay Unending Cycle is the new outfit style to chase from Pelinal's Boon Boxes. Other rewards rotate as noted here:
- Ayleid Lich can either be earned from Boon Boxes (if you already earned an Arkay Unending Cycle page that day) or from Imperial City sweepers.
- Sancre Tor Sentry weapon and outfit pages go into the Bag of Veteran's Glory.
- Dovah's Du'ul outfit pages still comes from sweepers this season.
Lastly, the Impresario will start carrying the second fragment of the Logical Rune Extraction customized action.
Jester's Festival 2025[edit]

Crime Wave[edit]
Enrich yourself during the Tamriel Crime Wave. During this event, enjoy:
- Additional loot from pickpocketing, safeboxes and Thieves Troves
- Additional rewards from certain Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild daily quests
- Increased Fencing transactions and profit
Crime Wave is an event that focuses on thievery, murder, and other criminal activity throughout Tamriel and beyond. During the Crime Wave, you can find better rewards from a number of illegal activities:
- 100% extra Fence interactions, and 25% greater value for items sold to a Fence.
- Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild daily quests reward you with a Pouch of Ill-Gotten Goods.
- Pickpocketing, stealing from safeboxes, and looting Thieves Troves can drop Pouches of Ill-Gotten Goods.
Pouches of Ill-Gotten Goods contain a number of thievery-related items. Each holds sellable contraband, but may also include any furniture that you can obtain through theft, several new furnishings, a consumable Legerdemain XP item, several Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild consumables, or a one million gold bounty pardon.
Your chance of finding a Pouches of Ill-Gotten Goods is based on your Bounty and Heat. An Upstanding citizen has a very low chance to find one, while a Fugitive has a much higher chance.
