Cursed Mine is a crypt complex west of Bruma containing vampires. The entrance is located just northwest of Bruma Caverns and cannot be accessed until you do the quest Thoralf's Hammer.

Zone 1: Cursed Mine[edit]
From the entrance, follow the tunnel down until you come to a set of planks barring the passage. Thoralf will not follow past this point. Push them open and proceed. You'll find an area filled with mist at the far end of the cave; a set of stairs from here leads down to some crypts. Go down the stairs, and you'll end up in a dead-end room with a shaft leading down. Drop down the shaft (it's not far, though it will do some damage), deal with the vampire below, and go through the door you find.
Zone 2: Deep Crypt[edit]
On the other side of the door, you'll come to a four-way intersection, one part of which is blocked by a gate. Ignore the gate for now - it's locked, and you'll find the key later. The passage to the left leads to a large room with an altar and a vampire at the far end. Kill the vampire and take the warhammer on the altar - it's Thoralf's.
The passage straight ahead leads to a large cave whose upper walls are lined with alcoves holding coffins; a large coffin down below (the Patriarch's Coffin) has a key that opens the gate. The gate leads back up to the room with the shaft; you can return to the surface from here. Note: Thoralf will be waiting for you outside the mine, not in the passage where you left him.
