When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Using Show Preview

Hello and welcome to UESPWiki! Thanks for your interest in the wiki; however, you seem to have been making multiple edits to a page by not using the show preview button, clogging up the Recent Changes in the process. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but keep in mind that each edit needs to be patrolled, so multiple consecutive edits create an unnecessary hassle on those who patrol. So please utilize this feature! Really, I should check this section more often, haha. Indeed, I took notice that my name reverted to its original a while ago, but I didn't feel like pestering you or anyone else about it on the off chance it'd be a pain in the hindquarters. User page edit

Hi Sedrethi, welcome back! Just to explain why I closed the <div> tag, while it didn't seem to be doing anything in this case, I've seen cases where divs that are left open can affect the tabs at the top of the page and other such things, so I figure it's best to be on the safe side when we can. – Robin Hood  ^(talk) 18:45, 17 March 2014 (GMT)

Unused User Image

Hello. A few months ago, I proposed the deletion of one or more of your user images because they are not used anywhere on the wiki. You can view them at Category:Marked for Deletion. Please respond here or remove the {{prod}} tag on the images you would like to keep, if you are using the image in a way that cannot be seen via the "What Links Here" page or plan to use the image within the next few months.

If you do not respond within a month, the images will be deleted, although you can request any particular image to be restored if needed later on. —Dillonn241 (talk) 23:37, 16 June 2024 (UTC)

Hello. Apologies, I rarely check messages on here, which I guess is pretty apparent, haha. Dillonn241 (talk), I appreciate the heads up, but you may are more than welcome to delete the photos, if needed, although I imagine it has already been done by now, so no worries. As for the background stories, 72.179.180.49 (talk), I'm appreciative that you took interest in and enjoyed them! These backstories were for my ESO characters, but I had quit playing it sometime between the Greymoor and Blackwood chapters. I had removed them as I intend to rewrite many of them at some later unspecified time, and after reading back on them, I wasn't as completely satisfied with how they turned out. That said, I did want to use some of the new lore additions and integrate them into some of their backstories at a later point, but I don't have an idea of when that would be. If there were any particular ones you liked, I could maybe add them here.Sedrethi (talk) 15:32, 22 September 2024 (UTC)
