Odahviing Doesn't Land

It may not be Odahviing I'm actually calling. All 4 times I have used the Call Dragon shout, the dragon that appears is blue, like a frost dragon. Odahviing is red....I am quite confused. — Unsigned comment by 74.67.187.7 (talk) at 21:29 on 20 January 2012

Contradictions.

This page contradicts itself, it says first that you learn it during The Fallen quest, but yet, it also says you learn it during Season Unending. Which is correct? JackTurbo95 12:24, 28 January 2012 (UTC)

It's both, really. If you are in Season Unending, you will learn it at the end. If you finished the war beforehand, thus skipping the quest, you learn it during The Fallen. The Third Sheogorath^{Talk to the Cheese} 05:16, 24 February 2013 (GMT)

Odahviing not available in Solstheim

Word not displaying correctly

Shout Disappears from the Shout List

I found this bug while I was playing (I use the Xbox version of the game, btw). I recently finished the Reunification of Skyrim Quests, did the Dawnguard quests, etc. I began the Fallen before then, and just today picked it up again.

I'm not sure when this happened, but Call Odahviing seems to have been replaced by a weaker version of the Drain Vitality shout (I have all the words unlocked for that shout as well). I tried talking to Paarthunax again, went to Arngeir, been considering going to Esbern -- not working.

I'm basically stuck now and can't finish the main quest, and I can't force it because I can't used the console commands. Any thoughts? — Unsigned comment by 67.183.88.237 (talk) at 06:18 on 16 June 2014 (GMT)

Drain Vitality has been known to cause problems with the Marked for Death shout, but I've never heard of it causing problems for other shouts as well. So you could definitely use the shout before, but now it's disappeared? ThuumofReason (talk) 16:18, 16 June 2014 (GMT)
