Za'Rabi

Za'Rabi is a Cathay Merchant. He is a frequent resident of the Abecette's hotel in Anvil, and can be found in a room there.

During Breaking Good, one of Za'Rabi's old business partners assists in the arrest of the Cathay, who is a major distributor in a skooma network. That partner, Straler Loronus, describes Za'Rabi as follows:

"He's very rich and very particular about the product he carries. He's also incredibly cruel."

If the sting goes well, Za'Rabi will be arrested and will appear next in Goldstone's dungeon.
