Ships can be found across Cyrodiil's coast and many waterways. Some ships are intact and afloat, while others are derelict and sunken. A full ships usually consists of a cabin and some below decks levels. Open boats have no interiors. Most of the ships contain little loot, but some hold many valuables, such as beverages or gems.

- Blue Raven — A Nord vessel in service to the Royal Haafingar Company.
- Brine Stone — A cargo ship docked in Anvil bearing cloth, moth-silk and silver.
- Corcaran Aster — An independent Altmer ship docked in Anvil.

- Glisterpike — A Coast Guard cutter of the Census and Excise office.
- Hearthrend — An East Empire Company vessel docked in Anvil.
- Heat Lightning — A privateer's vessel in service to the Kingdom of Anvil.
- Karrel — A vessel of Valenwood origin, built using the body of a sea beast.
- Olive Ridley — An Abecean Trading Company ship bearing a cargo that includes salt and wine.
- Sinalon — A small Redguard vessel docked in Charach.
- TEM Eye of the Abecean — The flagship of the West Navy's Home Fleet.
- TEM Kintyra's Shield — A galleon of the Imperial Navy docked at Fort Telodrach.
- Valley of Diamonds — A small vessel from Hammerfell moored in the port of Anvil.
