Ocli

Ocli is a Gremlin found within the Bazaar of the Abecean. He is more articulate than the average gremlin and is fluent in Tamrielic. This makes him a useful translator during Fig-ure of Speech, in which you must find a way to tell the gremlin Witgi that the fig trees of Sabina Silvian's orchard are to be worked as well as eaten from.

A businessman, Ocli claims to make a profit by reselling goods, and has numerous tips for those interested in making money. He faces some discrimination in his life, for example from Isel Sard-Hand, who refuses to sell her wares to him. Nonetheless, he has a sense of honor - should Isel die at your hand, he will challenge you to a duel for the crime of murder.
