Quick Walkthrough

1. Ask Baeralorn in Goldstone's wizard tower about little secret and blackdrake.
2. (Optional) Ask Anvil alchemists about blackdrake to be directed towards Thirroth.
3. (Optional) Speak with Thirroth to learn where you might find some blackdrake.
4. Travel to the TEM Senecus Goddkey to recover the blackdrake.
5. Return with the blackdrake to Baeralorn.

Detailed Walkthrough

The court wizard of Anvil, Baeralorn, resides in a wizard tower at the top of Goldstone Castle. If asked about the little secret topic, he will request your assistance in finding blackdrake - a substance from a lunar colony that has proven difficult to access since the Simulacrum. Given the substance's rarity in the years since, Baeralorn's willing to put up his glass staff as compensation.

Ask around Anvil's alchemists, and you will be tipped off that Thirroth is the one the speak to. She has a store near Little Arenthia (just east of the archway into the neighborhood). She'll reveal that it is an addictive narcotic, and also that she knows where you might find some. Asking her about this topic will see her demand 100 gold as payment for the information - you can refuse this with 70+ disposition for her to tell you anyway.

It turns out that the TEM Senecus Goddkey was known to be involved in blackdrake trafficking when it sank north-northwest of Mischarstette. Thirroth will add Mischarstette to your map if you have not already discovered it. Travel here, and find the wreck a short swim away. The blackdrake itself is in a Small Chest in the hold, behind a barred door and with a strong lock in place. You'll likely need a key to open it - this can be found in the cabin, next to a fallen silver goblet.

Once you have the blackdrake, return with it to Baeralorn for your reward.
