Kayd

Kayd is a Redguard Fisherman found on the beach outside of the island town of Charach. His recent acquisition of lumps of raw gold has earned him some scrutiny from nosy innkeeper, Ireldaya, who suspects that his story of fishing the items up one day is lacking in truth.

Further investigation on your part will reveal that Kayd has been trading with the Wavereaver goblin tribe - technically assisting pirates. Whether Kayd stays out of jail or not depends upon your discretion.
