10		Unsolyo, a Sea Elf in the Fort Telodrach prison, asked me to help secure his release from jail. He's being held in connection with a recent attack on Imperial ships, but claims he had no involvement in it.
20		The only person with the authority to free Unsolyo is the Navarch, Tiledorus Cadmerius. He can be found in the Navarch's Tower.
25		Tiledorus Cadmerius, who can be found in the Navarch's Tower, has ordered Unsolyo to be held until he gives up more information. Tiledorus is opposed by Admiral Hasi, who can be found in Goldstone.
30		Tiledorus Cadmerius agreed to let Unsolyo go.
35		Admiral Hasi agreed to have Unsolyo released in violation of Tiledorus Cadmerius' orders.
100	Finishes quest	Unsolyo thanked me for my help and rewarded me with a set of clothing.
101	Finishes quest	Unsolyo is dead.
102	Finishes quest	As the Navarch is dead, there is no one who can authorize Unsolyo's release.
