Gemma Caprenius

Gemma Caprenius is an Imperial Commoner found within her Anvil apartment. She is a member of Breathes-Deep's book club which, in the quest of the same name, comes under suspicion of harboring treasonous radicals. Many of the other members regard her as a bit crackers, with Mandane Lutarchius claiming that her ravings are half the reason he still attends the meetings.

Among her claims is a belief that the Warp in the West was a cover for the second Simulacrum - where the ruling class of the Empire were replaced with daedric duplicates. This belief is treasonous in itself, but investigation of her apartment reveals a large number of brass scales and lamps. Should you report this to concerned citizen Selia Jemane, then she will diagnose Gemma with brass fever. Selia promises to pull strings in order to get Gemma committed to a secure facility.
