Fenrik Torn-Ear is a Nord Commoner residing within an apartment in the Canal West Tenements in Little Arenthia. His loud noises at night have caused his neighbor, Flavien Herault, considerable distress and loss of business. Things have gone so bad that Flavien will commission you to kill Fenrik - who is in truth, a werewolf.

If told, Fenrik will ask you to kill Flavien instead, but can alternatively be persuaded to move further into the Heartlands, or simply slain. It is possible for him to inflict the werewolf disease upon you while in combat, and if uncured, you yourself will transfer into a werewolf once three days have passed.

If you happen to be a werewolf yourself before talking to him, Fenrik will be able to smell it on you, unlocking unique dialogue options.
