Carlonus Tarus

Carlonus Tarus is an Imperial Mage, a Master Trainer of Alteration and a member of the Placid Drowner Cult. He can be found in one of the cult's hideouts, Vallanytha Grotto, and is hostile to non-cult members.

During your investigations of suspicious sewer noises on behalf of Kingdom of Anvil's Marshal of the Coast, Reymanus Pelelius, you may encounter Carlonus' fellow cult members and thus discover the entrance to their grotto. Carlonus is likely to be killed in this encounter. If on the other hand you choose to join the Placid Drowner Cult during the events of The Drowned, Carlonus and his other cultists will be friendly towards you.
