Quest-Related Events[edit]
They're raring to fight you for the Trial of the Fang. They'll randomly greet you with:
- "New challengers are always welcome."
- "I'm eager to prove my worth."
- "Beware these waters. Where the guar comes to drink, we crocodiles lie waiting."
- "I've come here to challenge the best."
- "Strike us, and we turn with the blow. Immerse us, and we do not drown. Surround us, and we swim free.
So we live. So we have always lived." - I hereby challenge you as part of my Trial of the Fang.
If you didn't drink the poison, they will refuse to duel you until you drink it:
- "If you desire to fight me as part of your Trial of the Fang, you must first swallow a mouthful of Root Rot Poison."
After you drank the poison, they will happy to duel you:
- "Your sickly pallor comes from Root Rot Poison. Excellent! I accept your challenge, and I offer you the honor of first strike."
- I'm ready.
Once the warrior is defeated:
- Tribal Warrior: "Enough, I yield. You fight like wamasu!"
After the quest, they will congratulate you on your victory:
- "Your claws are the sharper. May they see only peace."
- "Your roots…are stronger."
- "The Hist clearly approves of you."
- "May your road stretch, sun blessed, before you."
