Red Rook bandits intimidate Crosswych citizens

Red Rook enforcers are extorting gold from the citizens of Crosswych. They claim it's to pay for the protection they're providing, but that's just an excuse.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Help the harassed citizens around the town of Crosswych.
2. Speak to Marent Ergend.

• The quest might be unavailable if you have The Miner's Lament active, or if you have completed Crosswych Reclaimed.
• It is possible this quest only shows up as available after speaking to Tamien Sellan during Legitimate Interests.
