A Sun Mage

Sun Mages (or Suncasters) are a class of hostile humanoid NPCs that attack using melee and magical abilities. They are usually equipped with a two-handed sword, battleaxe, or mace. The class was introduced in Update 20, but it became more common in Dragonhold.

Skills and Abilities

Cleave

Their weapon becomes covered in flames before they repeatedly strike thrice their target.

Sundogs

Two miniature suns appear on either side of the Sun Mage and move towards their target. They deal damage over time to nearby targets. This attack can be interrupted and puts the enemy off-balance

Sunburst

A circular AoE that deals damage over time appears at the target's feet then multiple smaller areas appear from the center of the large area that travel in a straight line in either four directions in shape of a cross and deal damage.
