Rubyn Jonnicent

Rubyn Jonnicent is a skeleton encountered in Round 9: Crypts of the Lost of the Dragonstar Arena. You will initially need to fight it by itself, and it will be resurrected a second time during the fight with Vampire Lord Thisa.

Skills and Abilities

Quick Strike

A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.

Thunder Hammer

Rubyn Jonnicent swings and shocks the ground in front of him as indicated by a red cone. This attack does moderate shock damage.

Shock Aura

Rubyn Jonnicent shocks the ground around himself as indicated by a red circle. This attack does moderate shock damage and can be interrupted to stagger/set off-balance Rubyn Jonnicent.

Lightning Form

Rubyn Jonnicent casts Lightning Form on himself, gaining Major Resolve (which increases his armor by 5948) while creating small areas under the target which after a small delay deal shock damage.

Only in Veteran mode

Spirit Spawn

On wave 3 and last wave, Rubyn Jonnicent makes his spirit go underground which renders his skeleton form invincible. You have to go underground and defeat his spirit in order to drop his invincibility. If you don't defeat the spirit fast enough, the Skeleton Rubyn enrages and deals a lot more damage.
