	Reactive Curse

Curse Attackers with your successful blocks! Blocking an attack causes the target to become Reactive. Impacting Reactive targets with a fully charged Heavy Attack curses them, reducing their damage done by 25% / 35% for 15 seconds. This can occur every 2.5 seconds.

This verse causes an enemy to be Reactive after you successfully Block an attack. When you hit this target with a full Heavy Attack, their damage done will be reduced.
