Your strength rises! For every 100/60 Ultimate you have, you deal 0%^(?) increased damage. When you reach 500 Ultimate, your damage is increased by another 5%. In addition, Ultimate costs are increased by 8% per stack.

This vision increases your damage based on the amount of Ultimate you have. As a downside, it also increases the cost of Ultimate abilities.
