Only 14 quests are needed for Gold Coast Adventurer, which is what's needed for Bane of the Gold Coast. Earning this achievement will allow you to purchase a Banner of the Kvatch Guard (page) for your house. It costs 0001500015,000  and can be purchased from Athrahgor in Kvatch.
