Ruhung is an Imperial necromancer who resides in a lab at the top of the Castle of the Undead. You'll encounter him during the quest Thoralf's Debt, when you come looking for Yatul's teeth. Despite being a necromancer, he's quite happy to talk, and more than willing to hand the teeth over to you. You can, of course, choose to kill him, but he'll put up a good fight.

Ruhung wears a necromancer's robe and doeskin shoes; he has three superior healing potions and Yatul's teeth.
