Etelso Malev is a Dark Elf commoner who lives in Kathar with his wife, Salacia. Etelso has a red lantern that he got long ago from a prostitute (before they were married), and she wants to get rid of it, for obvious reasons. He's unwilling to part with it, but you can help her out by agreeing to steal or buy it from Etelso and dispose of it.

Etelso wears a black robe and turban, along with sack cloth sandals.
