The Bleakwind Bluff is a small ruined tower located on the Tundra Plateau between Rorikstead, Rebel's Cairn and Red Eagle Redoubt in the eastern hills of the Reach.[1][2][3]:518
History[edit]
The exact history of Bleakwind Bluff is largely unknown. It was constructed on the borderlands between the territories of the Reachfolk and the Nords.[1][2][3] As of 2E 582, the tower was already constructed, but its purpose, allegiances, and role were unclear.[1]
By 4E 201, the structure had fallen into a state of ruin and decay. It acted as an outpost for the Forsworn, an extremist faction among the Reachfolk. It was inhabited by both the Forsworn members and their matrons, the Hagravens.[2][3]
