Seijfrid Quillus

Seijfrid Quillus is an Imperial knight who works at the Imperial Legion Checkpoint in the Waterfront Tunnel.

Aside from sleeping, Seijfrid can always be found at his post behind the desk.

He wears a set of Legion armor and leather helm while on duty, and is armed with a silver axe; when off-duty, he changes into a brown shirt, light brown linen pants, and pigskin shoes. He carries a small amount of gold and an Imperial Watch key.

Seijfrid sleeps in the common room for the lower-ranked guardsmen down the hall from the ready room. He has nothing more than a bed and a chest.

If you talk to Seijfrid before starting the Rat-Catcher quest, he'll give you a generic greeting. If you have heard about the rats, he'll say: "Hello citizen! Have you come about the rat problem we are currently facing? It's messy work, but we'll be sure to pay well." Ask him about killing rats, and he'll give you more information: "Oh, you're interested in the rat job are you? Yes, we've got a nasty problem there. I can pay you 50 gold for each rat you kill. Beneath the Waterfront Tunnel is a small network of naturally-formed caverns. We don't use them for anything, but there have been reports lately... Apparently some rather vicious rats have been breeding down there, and occasionally one has come up out of the undercaverns!"
