Spell effect icons[edit]
Ingredient pages like Skyrim:Hawk Beak look a bit weird now, with icons only for some effects. Get rid of them on Skyrim ingredient pages altogether? Personally I don't think those icons add useful information to the ingredient pages. Or do you have plans for icons for those spell effects? --Alfwyn (talk) 16:51, 9 December 2012 (GMT)
- It's less weird than having icons from a completely different game mixed in with the Skyrim ones. I posted about this on the CP, and didn't seem to have any objections to this. It's possible there are actually icons for some of the other ones - which you see when enchanting items. So some of those may be filled back in later after we figure out which goes where. But I do think it was wrong to continue using Oblivion icons for these pages. As for the ingredient pages, I'm not sure if they need icons at all, but we'll see how it looks after checking out the enchantment effect icons... TheRealLurlock (talk) 17:22, 9 December 2012 (GMT)

- I added all the icons for enchantments that I could find, and then I filled out what was missing from ingredient pages with icons from similar effects. It may not be technically correct, but if the effect has no icon because it only appears on an alchemy ingredient, it's the best we can do. Only spells and enchantments have "official" icons, and that Magic Hat thing seems to be the default in most cases, so it's less interesting than the variety seen in previous games, but what can you do? It occurs to me that somewhere we should have a list of all enchantments that can be learned through disenchanting, and what items you can learn them from. Might be an interesting new project. Unbound[edit]
Hi. I saw you just did some neatening on the Unbound page. Just wanted to let you know that I'm working on an extensive revamp of the rest of the page, starting with entering the keep. If you want to give it any significant treatment, let's coordinate. I am updating my (rough/exploratory) work in User:JR/Sandbox1. --JR (talk) 15:18, 16 December 2012 (GMT)
