You neeeeed to wear boots onboard a ship. Most shoes would be torn up by the non-skid on weather decks! As for me, I'm alive, well. Well not much, since I'm from Milan, which is quite a bit north ;) But I can assure you of a few things: it's delightfully warm basically all-year round, the food is excellent (even by Italian standards) and limoncello is a must. Oh and don't bother to learn Italian beforehand - it's useless, Sicilian accent is so thick I have a hard time; so you might as well learn it there :P --SerCenKing ^Talk 17:39, 4 January 2011 (UTC)
