I'm going to try some oblivion tools on fallout tomorrow, specifically BSA files. If that doesn't work, would it be wise of me to count on your support in hacking the datafiles of this game? After all, it's even unknown if there will be a map editor! As far as I can see, the engine is the same.. Save File Format Notes

If you want, you can create a sandbox where you can create the page, and then move that to the actual page when you've got the desired content. These edits would also have to be patrolled, so show preview is something we appreciate, but that way we keep the article's page history compact. That's just a suggestion though.
