Belated Welcome[edit]

Hello Archeer! Welcome to UESPWiki. It's always good to have new members. If you would like to help improve any of our pages, you may want to take a look at the following links:

If you would like to spice up your userpage, click here for a list of userboxes you can use, including a guide to making your own.

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Have fun! —The Silencer speaksTalk 18:10, 8 August 2012 (UTC)

Classes[edit]

Hi. So I noticed you were interested in contributing towards ON content. While this is great, creating stub pages for things that might not exist probably isn't the way to go. Instead of, say, a Templar and Dragonknight page, perhaps a simple ON:Classes page would suffice, especially since the class names can change. Additionally, links to where you found the information would be great, especially at this point, and can help others to add more information as well. Vely►t►e 00:56, 18 February 2013 (GMT)

Hey! We can't actually use the forum link. If they link to reliable news sources or direct info from the developers, you can use that as a link, but the forum post itself cannot be used. Sorry for the inconvenience!!! Jeancey (talk) 01:35, 18 February 2013 (GMT)
You may only link to sites that either go through some sort of editorial process (i.e. a news site) or are directly owned by the company. Given that there is an NDA involved, it is far to easy for any other site to post NDA-breaking info, and if we link to it and use it, UESP could get sued for breach of NDA too. I see. Thank you! --Archeer (talk) 01:43, 18 February 2013 (GMT)
Yep! I appreciate the enthusiasm though!!! When the NDA is lifted, it will be enormously easier to determine verifiable information to add!! Jeancey (talk) 01:45, 18 February 2013 (GMT)
