• Cannot complete main quest beyond civil war requirements
• Cannot use bows or swords (Includes Longswords)
• Cannot use light armor or shields
• Cannot Sneak
• Cannot use weapons enchanted with Soul Trap
• Cannot use Alchemy
• Cannot use armor or clothes looted from killed enemies (If unique, must be sold and rebought from a smith or tailor before use)

Notes

• Removed ore from Kolskegger Mine on 21st of Last Seed. 10 day respawn
• Removed ore from Dushnikh Mine on 21st of Last Seed

• Cannot use any heavy armor
• Cannot use armor or clothes looted from killed enemies (If unique, must be sold and rebought from a smith or tailor before use)
• Cannot smith
• Cannot use shields
