UESP:[edit]

Zenimax:[edit]
- Zenimax to be merged into Microsoft subsidiary called “Vault Merger Sub Inc.” “Vault” is basically a temporary company to help the merge move forward, and after it’s done, “Vault will cease to exist and ZeniMax will survive, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft”.
- This is a Reverse Triangular Merger.
- “In a reverse triangular merger, the acquirer creates a subsidiary that merges into the selling entity and then liquidates, leaving the selling entity as the surviving entity and a subsidiary of the acquirer. The buyer’s stock is then issued to the seller’s shareholders.
- “Because the reverse triangular merger retains the seller entity and its business contracts, the reverse triangular merger is used more often than the triangular merger.
- “A reverse triangular merger is attractive when the seller’s continued existence is needed for reasons other than tax benefits, such as rights relating to franchising, leasing or contracts, or specific licenses that may be held and owned solely by the seller.”

Throughout the event, you can earn two Event Tickets per day via the following activities: * One Event Ticket from the first Vvardenfell daily quest of any kind that you turn in * One Event Ticket from the first Clockwork City daily quest of any kind that you turn in The Event Ticket timer resets at 1:00AM EST (= 6am GMT, same time as Writ dailies) each morning.
- Some Vvardenfell and Clockwork City dailies have pre-requisites as follows: 1. Ashlander dailies in Morrowind, which require you to complete the Ancestral Ties questline in Ald'ruhn before they unlock. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Ancestral_Ties https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Ashlander_Relations 2. The two delve dailies in Clockwork City require you to have done that delve's regular quest first. 3. Delve and World Boss quests in Vvardenfell used to require starting the Vvardenfell main quest, but now you just have to read the "Adventurers Wanted!" notice on noticeboards (e.g. between the Hall of Justice and Library of Vivec in Vivec City). https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:A_Call_For_Aid
- PTS Update
- They’ve decided to adjust the XP rate to CP 1800 up from the increased speed to 1050 to alleviate some of the concerns.
- Parsing bugs seem to be mostly fixed! The sky is no longer falling as many tests are showing about a 10-15% drop in DPS
Legends:[edit]
- King of the Hill Gauntlet: February 19 – February 22
- For this event, the left lane is now the Fountain Lane, granting creatures summoned into it with two or less power a Ward. In the right lane is the titular King of the Hill Lane, which gives creatures summoned into it that cost five or more Magicka the Guard keyword! Each run through the Gauntlet costs one (1) Event Ticket or 150 Gold per run, up to three maximum runs.
- The King of the Hill Gauntlet begins Friday, February 19 at 12pm ET and closes at 12pm ET on Monday, February 22. Events in The Elder Scrolls: Legends change regularly, so check in often to see what new challenges await!

Scholarly Pursuits[edit]
I will ask our guests what they have been working on in the world of TES! This can be game play, wiki work, discord things, anything relevant to UESP/TES that you’ve been working on the past couple weeks / when you were last on the show.
- Pylawn
- Got my first vSS clear!!
- Also ran vHRC and vAA with the Eyes of the Queen Guild!
- Went smoothly and I don’t think I ruined anything lol
- Started leveling my first character ever
- The OG Pylawn the woodelf nightblade
- Only ever made him to level 20 when I first played the game and then gave up ESO until Morrowind Chapter came out
- I got a letter from Lyranth!
- Doc
- Still no MA inferno...BUT I FINALLY got Zaan’s light shoulders (yay)!
- Been doing lots and lots of pledges and trials... looking forward to the new Flames of Ambition Dungeons to go do vet blind runs in!
- Still waiting and hoping for Stone Eagle Aerie...<.<
- Finally made my necro healer! She’s only lvl 12 but so far I’m already in love.
- Today finished vDSA and FINALLY got my perfected bow!
- Edana
- Spent the first half of the week in total darkness, thanks to Texas power outages. I learned how to cover pipes to try to keep them from bursting, how to store groceries in the snow to keep them from spoiling, ventured out to stores without power to try and buy staples… and how to log into ESO using stadia on my phone to get mylogin reward! To get my fix in the off hours I read some of the lore in my ESO bookset! (show)
- After three days without power, we got it back and it was on and off for a bit, so when i finally was able to log back in on thursday and caught up on some writs that were literally about to expire and it was just so good to be back on ESO
- Helped our friend to get the Symphony of Blades helmet she needed, and helping a new player learn the game! so fun to sort of go back to basics and help other people
Topic: Alienware Meetups![edit]
- Alienware Community meetups are a somewhat new program. Started last summer as way for us to all stay connected and explore new titles. Everyone under quarantine, and trying to find ways to try new things and play together so to try and facilitate that
- Meetups are a community program that lets gamers connect in the games that we love, try new things, and play together.
- We talk with game developers all the time to just keep in touch with them about exciting things coming up, and we find those opportunities we think our Alienware community will really love, and host Meetups as a way to get people involved with the title, try new things, or even just find new people to play with.
- We host the meet ups on Twitch and stream the whole thing--sometimes we know the game, sometimes we’re learning as we go, and it’s a fun thing where we all help each other get things done in game and try new things.
- To support players helping players, we get little “thank yous” from the devs to raffle off to the community to give them chances to win things like DLCs, cosmetics, currencies, all kinds of good stuff.
- Hosting some for ESO around the Tribunal Celebration event. Good chance to get new people involved, get people already playing connected and completing content together and chances to get torchbugs, greymoor or crowns
- Tuesday, Feb 23 from 5-7pm et (pre-requisites FOR DAILIES)
- Friday, Feb 26, 5-7 pm et
