Issues

• Do we really want to force "{{huh}}" tags to be added any time a variable is missing?

  Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of forcing huh tags to appear in templates (User_talk:Nephele/Sandbox/2#Huh tags). Furthermore, in this case it's then going to force the creation of a bunch of really messed up categories (I don't know what the result is of [[Category:Morrowind-{{huh}}]], but no matter what the specific outcome may be, it's not what we want). Plus, it's then going to make those huh tags appear on any pages that display this NPC's data -- adding those pages to the needs verification pages, even though there's nothing on those pages that actually needs to be verified, which could cause confusion.

• I don't think empty #define tags are useful (e.g., {{#define:essential}}). They're not necessary for the #save function, they force the creation of empty rows in the save database, and they make the server do unnecessary processing.
