We can remove this from the template. It doesn't look good, and there's no reason to list it on every single enchanted item. Players know how this works, and if they don't we can have a sentence at the top of the page. Chris3145 17:00, 14 January 2012 (UTC)

I believe a vast majority of players are aware that enchanted items can't be improved unless you have arcane blacksmith. I think it is sufficient to include a sentence at the top of the page that says "Improving enchanted items requires the Arcane Blacksmith perk." Even putting an asterisk on each item is unnecessary, because the table already shows that the item is enchanted. Chris3145 17:08, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
