Summary

This template creates an alphabetical menu on the page which links to a set of pages with the format XXX_A, XXX_B, etc.

PageLetterMenu
Parameter	Scope	Description
`1`	required	The part of the page name before the _A, _B, etc. Links will only be created to pages which exist.
`2 or suffix`	optional	Any additional links you wish to add to the end of the menu. These will always be separated by a \| character with a space on each side. If you wish to add multiple links, you need to use the {{!}} magic word in order to add more \| separators.
`prefix`	optional	Any additional links you wish to add to the start of the menu.
`sep`	optional	The separator to use between each letter. Defaults to a single space. To display a character with spaces around it, use <character>
`nonumbers`	optional	Removes the "Numeric" page from the menu.
