Zaren Hammebenat is a Dark Elf Merchant and the Factor of the East Empire Company in Firewatch. He describes his job as being to "keep the money and goods flowing west". In this he is assisted by his deputy, Lora Avis. Zaren has one quest - concerning the retrieval of a mysterious package from a traveling merchant in farflung Tel Mothrivra. The present turns out to be a new pair of pants, which he is delighted to finally own, but remarkably cheap in paying you for - parting with a single bottle of Cyrodiilic Brandy for all your trouble.
