Xivilai Tatho

Xivilai Tatho is the reigning occupant of Yamandalkal and a Marshal of Dagon. The proud Xivilai is the focus of two Firewatch Mages Guild quests, and seems to bear a grudge against the sorcerer, Absolon, as he will make a tempting offer to you in exchange for luring the Redguard in. Xivilai Tatho also appears to have something of a working (if mistrustful) relationship with the Mages Guild, supplying information to the Archmage of Telvannis, Gindaman, during Yamandalkal.

If you assist Xivilai Tatho with the murder of Absolon, he will reward you with a powerful spell that permits the summoning of a Devourer.
