Uttumilk

Uttumilk is a large cavern southwest of Oran Plantation containing multiple Dridrea Spawnlings.

The large flooded room in the first level holds the corpse of Vuro Doram and his journal, hidden on a rock jutting up from the water. A locked door can be found at the southernmost end of the cavern, behind which can be found a valuable Glass Tanto, and several gemstones. Two of the gemstones will summon dremora lords on being taken. Near the middle of the cavern is a bridge with a Daedric Dart and some gems underneath. Above the bridge, there is a small edge with a Vintage Brandy.

The shrine area contains a statue of Mephala, and a cultist named Meldresi Draleth. Two further dremora lords will be summoned by taking the gems at the bottom of this statue. West of this statue there is a small structure with an entrance barred by stone slabs. These can be moved out of the way with 99+ Strength, revealing the unique Amulet of Perennial Rest, a Daedric Longspear, a Demon Helm, and two chests. There are also two platforms reachable via levitation in the room - the lower bears a locked chest and the higher a copy of N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis!.
