10		At the mining town of Tahvel, I found the local workforce in a state of unrest. They believe that they're being treated unfairly, and that the hetman, Guls Netharil, won't listen to their complaints. They asked me to talk to him on their behalf.
20		I spoke to Guls Netharil, who explained there was nothing he could do about the situation in Tahvel. He suggested I could speak to the Tharonen family; the holders of the lease on the mines.
30		I spoke with Relmo Tharonen, who expressed sympathy with the miners' situation. He said he would amend their arrangements.
40		The miners were pleased to hear that the Tharonen family spoke in their favor, and agreed to return to work.
50	Finishes quest	Guls Netharil was glad that I had managed to ease the situation with the miners. He offered me a reward.
