Tilresi is a Dunmer bookseller who owns a shop in the Canalworks of Almas Thirr. At the time of your arrival she has just become aware of an imminent raid, and asks you to intervene.

Ever since he first set foot in Almas Thirr, he's been eyeing my store. I suspect him of having a hand in this investigation."
