10	Finishes quest	Valtio, a Redguard bard in Helnim, has tried to recruit me into Helnim's Thieves' Guild. Supposedly I am to mention to Falkoth the clothier that "the bard sent me", and he will bring me into the loop. Another question is whether I want to join this honorable organization...
