Sebarmul is a small smuggler's cave southwest of Teyn
The cavern is easily accessed from Teyn by following the road leading west out of turn, taking the first left onto the dirt track running south, and then keeping an eye out for the cave entrance on your left, a few footsteps down the track. It is the target of the Imperial Legion quest, Laying Down the Law, as it represents the base of operations for a Camonna Tong smuggler, Athryn Llendo. The true wealth of the cave is in the walls however, with emerald veins in both the flooded chambers making for the easy accrual of wealth even for low level characters.
