Russel

Russel is a Redguard crusader who can be found near the southern entrance of Port Telvannis. He's apparently there on business. If you are a member of House Telvanni and looking for Sevroth Teles, he can point you in the right direction.

For armor, he wears a steel cuirass, greaves, pair of pauldrons, and pair of boots. For clothing, he wears a pair of common pants, belt, and two rings. He wields a silver mace, and carries a pair of common shoes. Like all Redguards, he has a natural resistance to poison and disease, and can boost his health, strength, agility and endurance for a short period of time, but otherwise knows no spells.
